1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HypeVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
HypeVault provides a platform for streamers to create and sell digital collectible cards, and for viewers to purchase, collect, and redeem these cards during live streams.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Fees
Streamers receive 80% of all sales (90% for Partners). Payments are processed through Stripe. Minimum payout amount is $20. All sales are final.
5. Content Guidelines
Users must not create or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Streamers retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content, you grant HypeVault a license to display and distribute that content through our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
HypeVault is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
